Anthony has been in the banking finance industry for over 30 years. Starting his career as a frontline banker in both retail and wholesale, he has since worked around the world in a wide variety of learning and development environments, primarily specializing in executive coaching and delivering strategic leadership programmes. His experience has allowed him to identify key traits and behaviours of high performing individuals and strong cohesive teams.

Active Cohesion was born out of his observations of seeing motivated and successful individuals in executive teams failing to maximize their contribution.
Anthony has closely worked with many senior executives to radically change their own performance and shift company culture from a siloed mentality to enterprise powerful leadership.
He gained valuable experience in working in an international environment and with a wide variety of cultures at all levels of management.

His vast experience has made him aware that there is never a “one size fits all” approach and undertakes comprehensive fact finding and diagnostics to ensure the correct bespoke solutions are executed.
